Mobile-Picking-Trolley

The Mobile Picking Trolley for Multi-Order Picking from the E+P Group.

The new picking trolley developed by the E+P Group offers a number of time-saving functions while
also considerably increasing the accuracy of picking.

When the picker is led to the correct picking location using Pickby-Voice, the LED on the picking trolley lights up to show into which basket the picked goods should be placed. The picker is guided to the correct bin location.

The picking trolley with the LED Computer is connected to the RF or Voice Terminal by radio.

The new mobile picking board developed by the E+P Group offers a number of time-saving functions while also considerably increasing the accuracy of picking.

While the picker is guided by RF or pick-by-voice to the correct pick location, the light display on the board shows the bin location where the picked goods should be placed. In the following step the light display changes to the next bin location, into which the next picked goods should be placed to. After having finished the first picking cart the board can easily be attached to the next cart without additional workload.

The light display computer is placed inside the board and connected to the voice terminal via radio-wave technology.

Multi-Order-Picking-Forklift

The Pick-to-Light Solution from the E + P Group for Multi-Order Picking Forklifts.

The new Pick-to-Light Solution from the E+P Group for the Multi-Order Picking Forklift offers a broad range of functions which reduce pick time and considerably improve pick accuracy.

While the picker is guided by voice to the correct pick location, the light display on the forklift starts shining and a green light shows that the back pallet is to be used for the goods. The red light indicates that the front pallet is blocked. For the next pick job the green light indicates that the front pallet is to be used for the goods. The back pallet is blocked by the red light. The light display computer is located in a robust, dust and water spray protected housing, and is linked to the RF or Voice Terminal by radio.

RFID-Multipicker

RFID multipicker – The E+P Group solution for Multi Order Picking

The RFID multipicker is connected to the warehouse management system via radio frequency. After inserting the picking containers, they are identifi ed by the RFID Multipicker with the help of integrated RFID tags and automatically allocated to the picking orders. The warehouse management system assigns the picker driving orders for the retrieval locations via the touch full screen of the RFID multipicker. As soon as the picker arrives at the predefined bin location, the address label is scanned with the barcode reader of the RFID multipicker and sent to the warehouse management system for confi rmation. When the bin location is correct, the quantities to be released are sent to the RFID multipicker and displayed on the LED displays installed above the picking container (Put-to-Light). Directly after taking the predefined item quantity out of the bin location, the picker confirms the completion of the retrieval order. After completing all picking orders, the RFID multipicker is directed to goods dispatch and the picking containers are taken off the RFID multipicker. An RFID desktop reader assures that the picking containers released cannot be exchanged during the following processes. This guarantees a permanent tracing of the picked orders throughout the whole picking process.
